Private Integration Care

What’s Integration?

The saying goes “After the ecstasy, the laundry.” When we have psychedelic experiences, be they exhilarating, challenging, confusing, or healing, there may still be more work to do in order to feel complete or whole. In the psychedelic field, this practice is commonly referred to as integration, a process “in which a person revisits and actively engages in making sense of, working through, translating, and processing the content of their psychedelic experience.” As an organization dedicated to supporting Jewish psychedelic community, we believe that this process is best in relationship to another. Talking out what remains present after a psychedelic experience can help fully harvest any meaningful insights which can be tangibly brought into day-to-day life and consciousness.

What to Expect:

Our Shefa care team is here to support your integration process. Each session is customized to your Jewish identity, your unique psychedelic experience, and your needs. You may need the space to simply share your story, you may want suggestions for creative or contemplative techniques to embrace, you may need support to experiment with Jewish ritual or practice in new ways. Care team members utilize multiple modalities of pastoral, spiritual, and therapeutic care, all in a confidential and Jewishly-attentive setting.
